S. Mark Prebble - Safety & OQ Director

Joining Premier Energy Services in January, 2010, Mark Prebble is the OQ Director for Premier where he is responsible for ensuring that all employees receive the necessary safety training in order to maintain the highest degree of employee, public, and customer safety.  Premier's safety program provides extensive review, job site monitoring and measurement of employee safe performance practices above and beyond that which is required for compliance with federal and state regulations. 

Mark's expertise, track record and commitment to quality and safety  is second to none.  With over 40 years experience in the natural gas industry, he has held a variety of positions during the transition of Cincinnati Gas & Electric thru to what is known today as Duke Energy.  During his tenure with Duke, he held positions from field mechanic, field supervisor of construction and maintenance, and project supervisor of training programs for contractors, helping develop and implement the training programs for its Accelerated Main Replacement Program (AMRP program).  Mark also was the project supervisor on an 18-mile, 12” steel 650-psig transmission line from Bracken County, KY to Bethel, OH, which included a bore of the Ohio River and a second 2,800’ bore of Big Indian Creek.  He retired from Duke as a project supervisor on its AMRP program.
