Tim L. Riley - Area Foreman, Muskingum Valley Operations
With over 8 years experience in natural gas distribution construction, Tim Riley holds the position of Area Foreman for Premier, and oversees the operations at Muskingum Valley where he manages the riser replacement program activities at Columbia Gas.
Tim has significant experience in small main extensions, small upgrades and service installation and has performed work for companies such as Columbia Gas of Ohio, Cinergy, Lawrenceburg Gas and Oxford Natural Gas.

- • OSHA Competent Person Certified
- • CPR Certified / First Aid Certified
- • Butt Fusion and Electrofusion Certified
- • Mechanical Fittings Certified
- • Re-Light Certified
- • Combustible Gas Indicator and Gas Track Certified
