R. David Yates - Co-Founder / Owner
Co-owner and Founder, David Yates has management responsibility for all construction activities including project bidding and overall project management. He also has oversight responsibilities for the company's financial operations including accounts payable, receivable and payroll and provides a supporting role to the utility operational activities as required.
Prior to co-founding Premier, Dave held various leadership roles within Cinergy Corporation including;
- • Technical Manager, Attiki Gas Subsidiary Co, Athens Greece
- • Business Development / Project Manager, Stratford, United Kingdom
- • Senior Engineer, Gas Operations, Cincinnati OH
David holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Thomas More College. Mr. Yates is a Registered Professional Civil Engineer in Ohio and Indiana.
